Global missions won't spawn if active player count is 0. Global mission spawn chance based on time from timer reduced in half.

Put in a temp fix to resolve issue where if a mob dies without a killer (ie from Genjutsu) it wouldn't trigger it's death prog. It'll now try to find a killer by first checking for the Genjutsu caster, then any PCs in the room, finally any NPC in the room. If the mob can't find a killer, it will purge it's inventory.

First pass of clones spawning with items is in. Clones will now spawn with a copy of all the caster's items in their base form (no levels). Part of this, clones also had their stats adjusted to account for having equipment.
