Adding a new system for players to invest in called Legendary Aspects! These are exclusive to combat level 300 players and augment a player's power with Merit Points. The merit command can be used to view and set Legendary Aspects. Help Aspects for more info.

Added a new system to the game called Legend levels. Once a player hits combat level 300, they can start gaining these new Legend levels, which has no cap. Each Legend level awards a new type of point called a Merit point, which can be spent using the Merit command. Merit points allow players to purchase practices, trains, ability, and Myth points. Overhauled backend for experience to make player experience now a long long data type. This will raise the max experience possible from 2 billion to over 9 quintillion. Experience to next level scaling is now capped to this value instead of the previous 2 billion max. The formula for experience to the next level is unchanged.

Something dark has descended upon Cosmos Country! The Pumpkin Gang will randomly raid. Clearing out their grinning gang members will be the victory condition for them. When a grinning gang member is defeated, they have a small chance to drop a ticket to (memory corrupted missing data) at the end of the month! Be warned, these Pumpkin Gang members can use a special move called Pumpkin Knuckle which can be copied by Sharingan.

Fixed bug in can_jutsu function that determines free hands for skill checks, where NPCs would not go through all the checks and fail out incorrectly.

Re-worked how the backend clone system works to allow for NPCs to be able to create clones. Kage Bunshin is the first to be updated so clones and auto-skill NPCs (raiders) can now make clones.

Raiders can no longer cluster up in groups of more than 3 in a raid.

When using a skill in combat that would award experience, a portion of that experience also goes to everyone that is in the same group as the attacker or also fighting the target. The exp shared will also benefit if the attacker has exp boosting skills like Eiyorei or Haburi. The portion of exp that goes to group mates does not reduce the attacker's portion. Also the group mates portion is increased if they have bloodtype 'O'.
