    New addition to changes command, you can now search by a time stamp. For example, "changes time 2008" to get a list of all changes made in 2008, or "changes time 2008 3" for all changes made in March of 2008. The year, month and day can be specified to narrow the time stamp down, but month and day are optional. However, a day can only be specified if the month is also specified, the year is not optional.
