Description: A Shinobi with a formidable amount of Chakra, and Chakra control can focus the air around them and transform it into a barrage of implaing winds. The amount of winds attacking the target depends on the users focus(int) and overall chakra. The compressed wind itself takes the shape of a crest moon shaped blades. And Matching the color of ones chakra.

You perform a series of Handseals...

Your fingers slip!

"Kaze..."

The surrounding air begins to torrent around you violently.

You lose focus and the violent wind quickly subsides.

or

"Sakura/Shuriken no jutsu!"

The wind bursts violently at (name)as a barrage of crested shape blades.

(name) Messes up on their hand seals!

A violent wind engulfs the area around (user)

(user) loses focus and the raging wind subsides.

A barrage of impaling winds bursts towards you in the form of crest blades!

I know this post is old, but I wanted to comment that this was implemented as Kaiten Shuriken. :)
