Having clones that do LSC with you, as seen in Shippuden, the knowlege of things clone do comes back to you when you merge back together. For instance, when Naruto used his clones to help increase his Wind Chakra control.

I think when you use kage bunshins in fights you get a portion of the exp that your clones got after they are destroyed/disspelled. Not entirely sure.

You get the XP they get every hit actually.
