IC Events

I think that there should be an rp tournament held. You know, like as a special event, with applications, fight order, and judges. That would be a really cool thing to do. If there are any other ideas for special IC events, post 'em here, because I wanna see them.

You know, I was just thinking the same thing! :D

Though one thing about RP fights is...it'll take ages for one. >_>

And a RP tourney...unless there's an outbreak of coffeepots, or there's a limit to the number of socials per side/per fight, think it might not be really all that feasible. :x

That is, a one-on-one.

hmm mms A daisy-wheel chain, maybe? A fights -> B, who fights -> C, fighting -> A?

...no, it'll go seriously whacked. x.x

I can just see the dilemma that comes out of it....

"Person A forms a handseal and is pounced upon by B which has the bejesus flamed out of him by C and a great big mallet of doom comes falling down on the bunch by D."
"Sad melodies plays, and D later keels over due to a fishbone stuck in his throat."

sighs Other events, then. Events're always a good idea. Not to mention giving the adventurers a much-needed leg-up, for one.

Take the Rp-workshop as an example.

If it wasn't for that one set date, Inyi wouldn't have her bio up for quite a long bit more. sheepish Though didn't think it did quite work out in the end, the workshop, it was surely a big boost for the players. The RP forum really grew in a big way, after that. :)
