Rivals

We have a friends list so why can't we have a rival. While grouped with you rival you would get better exp since you would constantly be trying to outdo him. At low levels you wouldn't gain very much exp but the more you group together the higher your rating would be and the higher the gains you get would be. Or it could be based on the difference between your levels. When you are above your rival in level you get a smaller exp bonus but the greater the gap the greater your rivals experience since they would be striving to catch up with you. Of course the greatest experience would come when you were equally matched. To be someones rival you would need to be within fifteen levels of them and once you made them your rival you could never undo it. Also since it would bestow an exp bonus perhaps it could also require two rpp.
