Pfile Cleaner Tweak

I've been noticing we have some ancient pfiles that aren't being played anymore. Why not just make the Pfile Cleaner no longer exempt anyone, but ramp up the time it takes?
I'm thinking, 20 days for under 50, 40 days for under 100 like it is now. Then once you get higher, the time starts growing larger. 150 and down would be like 80 days and 200 and down would be 140 days, 200 and up would be 365 days.
That way, we don't have the problem we do now with some pfiles not being ever used in almost 200 days but they being exempt.
Also, the limits would be based on hours as well.
Level 50 = 100 hours
Level 100 = 200 hours
Level 150 = 500 hours
Level 200 = 1000 hours

While I'm sure that there're a number of players that quit soon after joining, I believe that it wouldn't go in the mud's interest to have a cleaner so strict as to alienate the casual gamers.
Though based mostly on spot instances that I've heard from not-so-newbie newbies, how about 30 days for those under level 50?
That is, if the sizes of pfiles isn't too big an issue.

Honestly, how casual is a casual gamer? If I found a MUD I liked, I'd at least log in once a week to check it out for a bit. The strategy places like Battle.net have is 60 days and the account is gone. I think that is pretty fair. It is unreasonable to expect your pfile to exist forever and ever if you aren't going to play beyond checking changes.
