Possible bug with rescue

So I think this is a bug, but I guess it could also be something to do with the mechanics of rescue that I don't understand.

Sometimes while grouped, I'll get rescued out of combat and my char wont auto-assist back into combat. It also happens to people I rescue. Just thought I should mention it
