[NAB] Possible bug with Lucky

Lucky helps you lsc quicker, well my LSC for con was at 100%...I'm waiting for it to go up then when the next tick comes, lucky ends and it goes down to 95?
Why have it work like that?

I had that problem a few times, and I learned to just keep going when you hit 100%. The percentage that it displays is a rounded number. So lucky might bump you to 99.94756% or 99.5341%, but it'll show as 100%

At least, that's always been my understanding.

Lucky just reduces how much LSC it takes to go to the next stat level, on top of other things. Every time someone complains about it, most people still want it in because it is a completely positive thing. Lucky just reduces the bar to the next stat for you, and when it expires the bar goes back up, not your work to that next stat.

whats the point of it? if lscing at 100 doesnt get you a stat
