[Fixed] Mud School Prog Not Functioning

The newbie thing is broken. When asking for how much xp is needed too go from level 2 to 3 its broke.

But, shhh, I am back because I have free time to play again. I even brought a friend! Now don't be mean to him, he does not play many muds.

The bug was more just not telling players once they answered a question that it is answered. It is fixed now.
