Ichiro and I were talking again...
I thought that half seals should be in the game for high level characters...
We figured that if it were to actually be implemented, it should a special battle ability, any ninja should be able to get it with enough practice and ability...
Again I would like to hear any and all thoughts on this...

That would be a cool ability but it would be more likely to be something even beyond special ability. If you look at who has it in the series you only see one person, and that is Haku. Even great ninja such as Jiraiya and the third had and Orichimaru to fully form their seals. In the naruto universe I would say you have a greater chance of becoming a leader of one of the nations then learning to one hand seal.

If this were to be implemented, I would suggest that a "half-sealed" justu would be less effective, e.g. do less damage, than a "fully-sealed" jutsu. It should also need a fairly high level requirement, as the concept behind it is that one has such mastery of his chakra and jutsus that he can more or less multi-task while preforming his jutsus.
