Name: Kaze no Sakura/Kaze no Shuriken (Up to Debate) Blossom of the Wind/Shuriken of the Wind

Element: Wind.
Level: 40
Description: A Shinobi with a formidable amount of Chakra, and Chakra control can focus the air around them and transform it into a barrage of implaing winds. The amount of winds attacking the target depends on the users focus(int) and overall chakra. The compressed wind itself takes the shape of a crest moon shaped blades. And Matching the color of ones chakra.
You perform a series of Handseals...
Your fingers slip!

The surrounding air begins to torrent around you violently.
You lose focus and the violent wind quickly subsides.
