Training point adjustments?

So it looks like a decision has been made to change from roughly 75 trains to 50 trains, as i've noticed the helpfile has been updated to reflect this as well... My concern isn't so much as why it was changed, but why there's been zero admin comments on this sudden change.

Could someone please answer these questions

Why the change?

Why wasn't it announced?

What is going to happen to players who already had additional trains?

This is going to be announced in a larger scale soon, but it has to do with item adjustments, LSC adjustments and a ultimate goal of the Race to Level 300. So, in short, I put it in silently now for a larger announcement in the near future about it.
