This specialty should cover the following skills:

- Weapon crafting jutsu => Create weapons level 0 or crafting objects to be exploded
- Enhanced weapon jutsu => embedding chakra to the weapons to increase damage. One weapon can be embedded with chakra ounce only.
- Summoning weapon jutsu => summons a random type of weapon and it is used against the opponent. This jutsu doesn't create weapon in inventory. It does great damage. Caster can't be wielding a weapon to cast jutsu. Each type of weapon (kunai, shinai, throwing ninja stars and kunai, bombs attached to kunais, etc) requires a scroll. Caster must be holding scroll. Each scroll is bound to a weapon type. Each doing different ammount of damage. In other words, the ammount of damage dealt depends on teh scroll hold. Scrolls should be found as item drops from mobs during missions, or special missions.
- Puppet crafting jutsu => name says it all.
- Setting traps => like paper bombs, etc
- puppet abilities as jutsus => like puppet using poison weapons, etc.
- exploding jutsu => explode the weapons or objects created.

Interesting ideas. Also, I moved this to the Skills sub-forum as this is about new skills.

I can't remember if this was talked about before...
In any case, it could be neat to have a 4th tier of specialty, to go along with Tai, Nin, and Genjutsus.

Being the newest ability on NarutoMUD, why not jump start it with a topic to discuss skill ideas? Also, I merged it with Hachirou's skill suggestions, just because it relates to Ningu.

Hrm, the couple things that stick out to me that I'd like Ningu to have are:

Traps/Trap Detect/Trap Diffusion
Explosive Tag creation/detonation/placement
More cool throw type skills.

I think there could be a cool lvl 40-60 ningu skill.

It'd basically be a 'multi throw' where if you have a stack of throwable items (all the same kind, kunai shurikens etc) then you could 'multi kunai <target> or something along those lines and depending on your skill % throw several at them. There really wouldn't be an 'aim' function for this, making it less accurate.

Starting out you'd only be able to throw two naturally, however at 100% the max could be like 4 or 5 each one with a chance to hit, rather than an all or none approach.

Damage for a single hit would be less than standard throw as it's more of a 'spread' attack and more prone to hit arms/legs etc but if 2+ hit then the damage gets much better from causing damage to two different parts of the body etc.

Also, harigane wouldn't be useful with this skill, because the wire would just get in the way with that many projectiles which would lead to more getting destroyed, but give a greater damage potential once maxed.

Just an idea that could be fleshed out and would make things a lot of fun.

And re-reading this makes me thing it could also fit under battle abilities at between lvls 100 and 150 somewhere since it's fairly widely used in the show.

It could be interesting to have a Ningu skill that either allowed you to repair your own weapons and armor at a much reduced cost from blacksmiths or cut down on the frequency of your weapons and armor being damaged, due to your care and attention to your tools.
