[Fixed] PSM/HP problems

When losing a point of CHA due to a PSM from Shikon, I didn't lose any HP. My stats are as follows: 37 STR, 21 LCK, and CHA dropped from 21 to 20.

Right now, this is not a bug. As Health is capped at 2.5k, both your current stats and stats before the con drop put it at above 2.5k, so it rounds down. Obviously, if that cap went away, things would be different. For now, this isn't a bug as both combination of stats results in a capped Health.

I decided to remove this cap. So, this is now fixed.
