Recent Changes to Newbie Experience

We've made a lot of changes to the newbie experience to NM, allowing any names (as long as they aren't inappropriate), rewarding Japanese themed names, allowing Newbies instant access to OOC and removing the experience drops at low levels. Please use this space to voice your feelings about it. I feel we should always take a very strict look at how NM runs and see where we can improve the experience. With player feedback, I can make sure these changes are appealing to the masses.

I feel these are positive changes and think we should keep them, but I wanna hear all sides on this, even if you agree. So, feel free to voice your opinion on this.
