1.) I would most like to see some new skills. While I'd like to see some skills that add more variety in each village, I'd really like to see the attacks for wind and lightning. I know that adding jutsu that are more or less redundant isn't appealing, but I think it would be nice for RP if there was a bit more variety than every single person using the same jutsu. I also think that some additional special taijutsu attacks could be nice.
2.) I think more abilities would be interesting, but we have a fair number right now and we did just get 'throw'.
3.) I think some RP events could be a really cool idea and probably a lot of fun.
4.) The possibility of more quests is somewhat appealing, although, I think it would be nice if we could find a balance between the difficulty of the quests we have already. Most of the quests right now are to either quite easy or (seemingly) impossible (at times).
5.) I'd really like to see some level 130 to 200 areas. Right now things kinda top out and aren't really designed for anyone in that range it seems.
That's how things rank out for me.

I figure I might as well give my two cents on how I feel the things we need:
1) Areas
It disappoints me that we're just a level grind MUD, and I'd like to see level grinding made something more optional for people who want to make their ninja even awesomer. More areas to explore, and exciting places to go to and be in, even if they are more there for RP and not just "ZOMG this village has awesome weapons!". Adding to that, a variety to areas. I don't want the same type of thing, which is why I want to come up with new locals that expand upon NM Lore while feeling like it fits in the Naruto-verse.
2) Skills
I'd like to see more skills go in, but not at the expense of adding them to have more. I think this is a spot where some people might feel a little different, but I don't see a reason to have 10 Fire skills just to have 10 different ways to do more chakra = more damage. Likewise, with Taijutsu, it is a bit more in dire need of variety, but I think it has a lot of fun things like combo that keep it interesting and right now, I like having Taijutsu being the sort of skill set that can let a totally new player learn the game, like the 'Bulbasaur' of NarutoMUD, so to speak. I'd also like to see some more Genjutsu, but it to play different than Ninjutsu and maybe have a bit more strategy to it, making it the learning curve a bit steeper but more rewarding.
3) Quests
This ties in with number 1, rewarding quests that make sense. I'd like a variety of quests, as our OLC is quite detailed and can handle more than just 'go find mob X and kill it!' That is the main reason I've avoided auto-questing scripts, because that is all they are, find mob X and kill it. It'd be nice to have a little bit cleaner way of handling missions, though, which makes it easier to have 100+ missions, right now the mechanic gets messy when they get over 10.
4) Abilities
There aren't many new abilities I feel need to be added, but maybe one or two. Possibly sneak in a few new SBAs, but only things that make sense. Again, my philosophy is to try to avoid things just to pad the lists, which is very tempting to do. It is always nice to say "We have over 1,000 abilities!" but if they are all pointless and the list boils down to only 1-2 that make sense, what is the point?
5) RP Events
I'd like to see more RP Events, but I think for this one, it requires strong fan support, as RP Events require a decent chunk of work to setup and don't last very long. However, I've seen games that have towns have festivals and I think I'd like to go that route, which special festivals and events in areas of the world that do things, like have special foods or maybe do things, like FFIX's monster hunting event rings a bell (where they release monsters in the town and people go fight them, you gain points by killing them and at the end whoever gains the most points wins).
I think that is about it, but these are the main 5 I could think of to add. I don't think we're really hurting for help files, maybe we could use a few more or a clearer one here or there, but I think they're pretty good for the most part. I do still wish I could get around to coloring that damn character creation, I seem to always forget about it.

I for one, would LOVE to see some new attacks that are already in the show. The more variety there is, the more
unique our ninja's feel. I agree that having 200 different, only asthetically, is pointless, but I think that the attacks
that aren't unique to ninja that are in Naruto feel, more necessary...Kinda like the wind attacks, and other sand village
attacks that were already used. Not only that, but the other jutsu would make the characters more awesomesauce to play.
It'll give arena a more interesting feel, never knowing what types of attacks an opponent might bring out, and it will be
more fun rp wise. (for the same reasons!)
Second, I'd like more areas. This is for alot of reasons, mostly I like the fact that there can be more varieties of items and
equipment. (Note items are non-combat, rp oriented! ^.^) Of course there is also the leveling factor for me a little bit, but
there is also just more areas needed to feel more immersed in the naruto world. I mean, we talk of all these villages that we
can't even visit...not that we *should* necessarily. But those villages that might not be heavily impacted for the story can always
be something of a gem. Maybe the players can see hints of the aftermath of the story for those that don't watch the entire series
religiously, and are playing more for the unique systems this mud has to offer.
