Hidden Cloud Village

So, we for villages to choose from, we're missing one of the major five, that being Kumogakure or Hidden Cloud. We really don't get to see too much of this village. Does it really hurt us to not have it? I think Sound was a better choice in the long run, as it has some more interesting skills. I could see adding Hidden Cloud later once we get genjutsu nailed, but would yet another village sort of dilute things?

As of "right now", I think that another village would dilute attention from the current ones, however in the long-term (such as after genjutsu is added, though I think sand and sound could use a bit more heavy hitting ninjutsu for higher levels as well), I would love to see other villages implemented, and I don't think it would really pull away from the others, so long as the obligatory "they all get cool toys" quota is kept up.
