The lights dim to nothing as black fills the room only moments later to shine towards a stage, Naruto standing at a microphone, as he begins to speak

"Ahem, an ode to ramen, O how your steamy....errr steamyness helps clear my nose as I take in all your flavorful flavors."
He gets a starved look on his face "How I always long for a Bowl of you specially Ichiban style."

moments go by as the lights fade down once more and a new figure is on stage this time Sauske is at the forefront.

"Darkness it consumes us all never letting go, always holding on to use, chokeing the life from our very beings for the darkness is our lord and master." A few moments pass as a sob is heard from the crowd and sauske turns to leave the stage "Losers." and the lights darken once more.

A brief intermission passes as the familiar form of Hatake Kakashi appears at the mic stand

"I have nothing" and he abruptly dissappears in a cloud of smoke.

This may have been mentioned before, or it may be in the works and my Idea I will never Achive the level for but here I go anyways.

Once a Shinobi has hit the level of Jounin they seek to increase there abilitys therefore creating and mastering new jutsu's that is why I'm suggesting that Jounin level people be able to make 1 custom jutsu and gain points towards it to fininsh it by use of the incomplete form, or more favorable through Roleplaying.

Just throwing it out there and of course strict guidlines would have to be set in place so we dont get any idiots trying to summon Shinigami's all around.
