Eisuke and Aikou

"To become stronger, you must eat the hearts of many men, and drink of their
blood...", Rei kept going on, but Aikou began tuning her out as she began to
check her surroundings; something Rei had lectured for hours about.

Sunlight shines brightly down on the square as shoppers walk around, purchasing
various good and services while the host of Shopkeepers survey their stores and
call out to the passers by about their current deals. Ignoring the hustle and
bustle of the market place, Eisuke strides along the footpath determinedly,
ignoring the surround shoulders, bumping shoulders and forcing his way. "Hey!
Watch..." one particular shoulder cries out, stopping mid sentence as they catch
Eisuke's cold, blank white eyes.

Cries and yelps can be heard, and before Aikou knows it, she is hurtled to the
ground. Having the air knocked out of her, she begins to crawl towards the origin
of her malady. "Yes, yes, thats right! Go after him..." Rei encouraged silently.

Aikou works to regain her breath, and is on her feet in seconds, "HEY!!". Once
she catches up. she tugs on his wrist, hard.

Eisuke stops violently, and silence ensues momentarily. After a few seconds pause,
he says roughly, "What..."

"Kill him... his eyes... not right." Rei pleaded with her, but Aikou knew better
. The sunlight hit the square as leaves were falling from the trees, all in autumn
color, "Aren't you going to apologize?".

"And just what the fuck for?" Eisuke turns to face Aikou, his eyebrows narrowed
into a nasty glare, his blank white eyes looking the girl up and down, assessing
her threat.

Laughter and yelling fills the square as children dash around, waving wooden kunai
in the air.

"He will kill you... his eyes..." moaned Rei, audibly in a panic. Aikou began to
stare at Rei, "BE QUIET!". Coming back to her surroundings, she looked into Eisuke's
eyes, and finally understood why Rei was so frantic. "Y- You owe me an apology for
knocking me over...", she said meeting his cold stare.

"You dare... To order me... Not only once... But twice?" Eisuke's cold blank stare
hardens, "You insolent little whelp." He steps towards the girl. "Just who the hell
do you think you are little girl?" A nearby woman stares at the two, looking concerned,
but obviously too scared to interfere..

"Distract him, lunge for his throat! ...oh his eyes...", Aikou could hear as a
backround. "Y- She said you are familiar... I just..." the blonde girl went on,
before finally breaking Eisuke's penetrating stare. "I just mean...". Aikou fell
haphazardly to her knees, "I just wish I could go back to Otonin..", tears beginning
to streak her face.

"Yes thats right, girl... invite him closer, wait for an opening...", Rei was saying
to Aikou, "He shall be the first in your journey towards power!"

"Pathetic..." he mutters as he looks down on the girl, "How dare you waste my time"
Eisuke growls be for spitting at her.

Aikou grips her hilt tighter, as her view begins to dim, and her head swims. "No,
Aikou! Now is not the time... Rei loves you... I love you...", Rei edges closer to
Aikou, with a worried expression. "I- Will...", Aikou manages before passing out in
the street. Leaves slowly landing on her, make her seem almost dead, especially her
gaunt eyes finishing the look.

"Pathetic..." Eisuke mutters once more before turning around and heading back on
his way, muttering to him self about people's incesant need to waste his time.
