Thoughts on Bunshins

I was thinking earlier that Mizu bunshin could use some reworking. At current, when you make a clone it comes out with whatever your current chakra is AFTER the 1/3rd that's taken for using the jutsu. While it would be nice for them to either have the same chakra as you have before using the jutsu, or to just have the chakra that's taken up by the jutsu; I think it would be really nice to be able to actually decide how much chakra you were going to put into them and you'd only lose that much chakra or maybe a little bit more.
