[WNF] No starting point in Ningu

We don't get a starting point in Ningu, like with the other 3 branches.

This is only a legacy issue for older players. As it isn't that big of an impact, and all new players are fine, I'm not going to reimburse or fix this for existing people. The impact should be minor and hopefully no one minds, the fix for this would be a headache for existing guys. Like I said, all new players will not be affected.
