[Fixed] Shoumei bug

After activating shoumei in the dark, I could see in the room. I decided to lower my regenerate level, and when I tried to look in the same room, everything was dark again. So I tried to turn shoumei off, but it instead turned on. I believe changing the regenerate level turned off shoumei.
