[Fixed] Bug in unpracticing ningu skills

I tried to unpractice buki joutatsu by typing both of the following:

(a) unpractice buki joutatsu
(b) unpractice "buki joutatsu

and the trainer says: (a) You can only unlearn your village's Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu!, (b) I'm not familiar with that skill to let you unpractice.
