custom rp skills

Hello! I think it'd be cool if we could spend rpp's on custom genjutsus or ninjutsus. I think it'd add more flavor to rp-battles, and also more diversity. somethin like

5 rpp - Authorize Custom Genjutsu/Ninjutsu

That'd be way cool.

That would be insanely hard to regulate and sort of push us into the realm of MUSHes.

what if perhaps say a certain character wanted to be a cactus ninja....and have a skill that makes chakra needles come from his skin possibly damaging anyone who melees him....could this person suggest such a skill and dream that gatz will code it in, in leu of custom jutsus?
