Customtrashtalk & Action Delay

As it stands right now you are only able to apply custom trash talk messages to combat/death/victory/rescue as well as two basic skills.

For RP reasons I would like to see this expanded and either have slots available for other skills/situations (critical hits, both giving and receiving for example) or, preferably having the action delay (In your haste, you are unable to perform that action!) removed for actions that don't involve combat/movement/skills.

Currently using an emote or a say will trigger this delay, making you unable to use a skill (or anything) for a brief period which makes it a hassle to have any sort of in character (or out of character for that matter) conversation during combat.

I dig it. I could go for a skill by skill based trash talk. Also, I have been thinking of just killing the spammer checks. I'm not sure they even serve a purpose anymore. As people's typing speeds/Internet speed race higher and higher, it is easier and easier to make legit usage look like command stacking and spamming.

The later point will be one we bring up on Saturday to see how people feel about that.
